1. This is on ground event.
2. This run is with Indian National Flag.
3. There is only one Ultra Running category - 100 K with Indian National Flag.
4. 24 hrs cut off time for 100 K.
5. Who is participating in this event need to manage the Indian National Flag protocols.
6. Kindly read the Indian National Flag protocol before the run.
7. The run will be not considered without Indian National Flag of India.
8. Every detail will be shared via email and whatsapp group.
9. Bathinda Runners and Indian Flag Runners will not be responsible for any kind of physical injury during the run and any kind of medical issues during the run.
10. Fee is non refundable.
11. Registration fee is 2000 Rs for 100 km.
Eligibility/Qualification:
1. It is mandatory for all participants to collect running bib in person. Please schedule your travel plan and itinerary as per BIB collection dates.
2. From the 1st edition of BM Education 100 K Flag Run in 2024 running bib will not be given to any other person/fellow participant and no authority letter shall be accepted, this is for safety of all participants.
3. If any participant is found wearing another participants’ BIB, he/she will be disqualified and not allowed future participation in BM Education 100 K Flag Run.
4. Eligible / qualifying runs for the 1st edition of BM Education 100 K Flag Run should have been completed between 1st Jan 2023 and 17th Nov 2024.
5. Virtual Runs do not count as qualifying runs.
6. Personal timings recorded using Garmin/Strava etc do not count.
BM Education 100 KM Flag Run:
Participant who fulfils any one option listed below is eligible to APPLY for this run with a non-refundable application fee of Rs 2000. Please ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria before submitting your application.
1. Finisher of 2 Marathon (42km), 5 hrs within the eligibility period (at least one after 1st January 2023).
2. Finisher of 1 Ultra Marathon under 12 hrs within the eligibility period (at least one after 1st January 2023).
Application will be confirmed once documents submitted towards eligibility criteria have been verified within 10 working days, after which payment link will be shared for balance registration fee. The organizer reserves the right to disallow / disqualify any participant who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in this run. Please note that the number of participants to this run is restricted to a maximum of 100.
Acceptance of Entries:
1. Please do not apply more than one entry per person. Multiple applications will be rejected.
2. Before submitting application an applicant must ensure to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested in the application form. Application will not be accepted if an applicant knowingly submits false information.
3. By submitting a registration application, all participants agree and accept to the “Terms and Conditions” and “Acknowledgement of Risks & Indemnity Agreement” of the BM Education 100 K Flag Run and if a participant is below the age of 18 years, the guardian has to confirm his/her relation with the participant and agree and accept to the "Terms & Conditions" and “Acknowledgement of Risks & Indemnity”
4. Participants of BM Education 100 K Flag Run are to provide details of previous marathons along with finisher certificates as per the Eligibility Criteria at the time of registration.
5. All participants must agree and sign the Risk & Indemnity Agreement, and if a participant is below the age of 18 years, the guardian has also signed the ‘waiver’ and written his/her relation with the participant.
Entries not Accepted:
Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Entries will not be accepted if:
1. Finisher certificates submitted as proof of eligibility criteria are found to be incorrect.
2. Submission of incorrect documentation or information of your entry.
In such cases the entry/registration shall be deemed cancelled and registration entry fee paid will be non-refundable.
