Participants can use any running tracker app to record time distance,

Like Strava, Runtastic, Endomondo, Nike Run, Google Fit, Garmin,

Run keeper etc.

Distance : 42.2 KM / 21.1 KM / 10 KM / 5 KM / 2 KM / also participants can run or walk any distance any time, Please do not forget to record time and distance by running tracker app or watch,
