Start New year 2021 with a new fitness resolution , Include fitness activities in your routine .
 

This challenge is  designed in such a format that each of you will come our more stronger and tougher

 
This is a 32 days Challenge starting from 14th Jan 2021 to 14th Feb 2021 .
Your data will be captured automatically from your Strava/Garim /Google Fit (or any other app which can be connected with these 3 app ) and updated on real time basis on Leaderboard.

Run Categories:- 

Rookie           -    3km Running * 21 activities target in 32 days ( 21 activities not mandatory, certificate issued on actual basis )
Starter             -   5km  Running * 21 activities target in 32 days  ( 21 activities not mandatory, certificate issued on actual basis  ) 

Experienced    -   10km Running * 21 activities target in 32 days   ( 21 activities not mandatory , certificate issued on actual basis ) 
Vintage           -   21km  Running * 21 activities target in 32 days   ( 21 activities not mandatory, certificate issued on actual basis  ) 

Cycling Categories:-  

 Rookie           -    10km  Cycling * 21 activities at target  in 32 days   ( 21 activities not mandatory, certificate issued on actual basis  ) 
Starter             -   25 km  Cycling * 21 activities target in 32 days   ( 21 activities not mandatory, certificate issued on actual basis  ) 

Experienced    -   50km  Cycling * 21 activities target in 32 days   ( 21 activities not mandatory, certificate issued on actual basis  ) 
Vintage           -   100 km  Cycling * 21 activities target in 32 days   ( 21 activities not mandatory, certificate issued on actual basis  ) 

Walking 

Starter           -   3km  Walking * 21 activities target in 32 days  ( 21 activities not mandatory , certificate issued on actual basis ) 

Experienced  -   5km    Walking * 21 activities target in 32 days   ( 21 activities not mandatory, certificate issued on actual basis  ) 

Vintage         -   10km    Walking * 21 activities target in 32 days   ( 21 activities not mandatory , certificate issued on actual basis )

 - Medals and T-shirts 

- Winners Trophies for Overall topper in each Level .( Minimum criteria of 21 activities should be completed for winners to be eligible for trophy )
  Note- Merchandise will not get courier if  International address . 

Age Categories
0-18 yrs
18 plus - 45 Yrs
45 plus- 60 yrs
60 yrs plus
 
Automated Leader Board:
- There will be Strava / Garmin /Google fit   based tracking  . 

- The leader board will be updated on real time basis 
-  It will displaying rankings based on total distance 

- It will also show ranking on basis of age category and gender wise 

- You will be able to see each activity of other participants with whom you are competing .
 
- Please note one account can be linked to one Strava profile. If you have registered for others, please make separate accounts for each participant by following the above steps.

To find out winner  No of days of activities will be consider if number of days are same then total distance will be taken into consideration if total distance is same then time/speed will be considered to decide the winner .
For Walk same above criteria will be considered .
